My Best Portrait

This is my best portrait, as you can see. I did good, but the facial expression of the model is blank. If the model added a mysterious facial expression to make the viewers think about what he could possible be thinking on a tree, it would've made the picture better. I like how there technically isn't any mergers to avoid, but it could've been better.

Magazine Essential Parts

Step 1- Mast Head, Selling Line, Dateline, Main Image, Model Credit, Coverline, Main Coverline, Barcode, Left Third.
Step 2- All of the essential parts in step one make the customer more interested. They have more topics to view and catch their attention than just some random model in a magazine. It also gives an idea to the buyer what the magazine will be about.

Year In Review 2013

Best Song of 2013
Juicy J- Money a do it. I chose this as my main choice because the song is used by an elite skateboarding group named "The Robs". The heavy beats in the song are perfectly composed with Juicy J's rapping. It was the best because Juicy J works hard and plays hard.
I chose this movie because it is a really hilarious popular movie for the whole family.
I watched it with my family and it was really good. And I barely watch movies. It was the best of 2013 because it is friendly for everyone and it is hilarious.
The news of a new pope has been a huge impact in the US. The announcement of a new pope concerned millions of americans. The new pope is named Pope Francis. But its important to know that Pope Benedict was also the first pope to resign in almost 600 years. So Pope Francis took his place.
I chose Kim Jong Un as the most important person in 2013, mostly because he threatened to bomb the US. He is also the supreme leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
Part 3
1. One thing that happened in 2013 is that I skated on new years eve and went to Butler park and hung out with the Robs.
2. My resolutions for 2014 is to be top notch at skateboarding.
3. I am looking forward to finding my soulmate in 2014, if they're down for life.

Best Photos of 2013

I chose this picture because I think sharks are really majestic. The shark isn't eating the seal in the picture but it might afterwards. This picture represents composition of photo by making the shark its main subject. It also shows Main subject. It brings interest for the viewers.
This picture was chosen by me because murders interest me but I'm not a murderer or anything like that. I think its interesting, but thats weird for me to say. I like that this was taken seconds before the execution. This represents Subject Matter and Composition of Photo.
I chose this photograph because it looks powerful. It also resembles corruption of a country and shows how much power the people have and the courage to stand by their country and say no to their society. This resembles Exposure quality and Subject Matter.
